Lychee Cooler : my favorite 5/5, sweet but not too sweet and had a light creamy taste to it. We are staying at the plazzo and this Resturant was recommend to us. Made reservations for late dinner on Friday Night around 11pmish with my husband and some friends. Do yourself a favor and make that reservation to Sushisamba when you come to Vegas! And don't even think about not ordering the Sea Bass Anticuchos. The standout for me had to be the Tiger Maki Roll. The sushi rolls were super fresh and nicely made. The Churrasco Rio Grande was a bit dry and overcooked the presentation was great, however. These singlehandedly altered my brain chemistry. They are packed with distinct yet complementary flavors and had me ready for the entrees! If you read any part of this review, please let it be this - GET THE SEA BASS ANTICUCHOS. I would honestly suggest every single one. I have to say that was a 10/10 selection! Both cocktails I had were on the sweeter side but had nice, fruity flavors which I enjoyed. Rather than taking 20 separate orders, he selected a few items across the menu that fit in our budget but are Sushisamba classics. Our waiter (unfortunately didn't get his name) was friendly, accommodating, and super knowledgeable about the menu. It's currently the only location left in the US making it a must stop when in Vegas! We stopped by for dinner as a party of 20 and were seated shortly after. Sushisamba combines Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines into these beautifully crafted, well thought out dishes.
